2) Corporate social responsibility.

1) Employee health and well-being:- The coronavirus outbreak has completely changed the working conditions of an organization and employee's health and well-being are given a top priority. Due to widespread covid-19 lockdown people are now working from home and there is a seismic change in their working culture. Many of them are not able to adapt because of high levels of uncertainty and unable to adjust work-life balance which ultimately affects their mental health. So the employers must identify the risk that work-related stress can cause and take care of employees' health, safety, and well-being as without healthy employees business fails to operate successfully.

2) Corporate social responsibility:- Another concern is the CSR, where a business should put their CSR activity at the forefront because it is during this time that a company’s CSR commitments are measured. The covid-19 has caused many economic disruptions so it is during this time that an organization should offer immediate help by providing medical care, cash, food, free clinics, and any other non-profit activities to the society. In this way, the company can show its leadership and strong commitment towards it.
