We can say that these are the employees most exceptional and productive. Employee profiling is a process of selecting the top performer of the organization and accessing them in the terms of performance.

Sourcing is the proactive searching for a qualified job candidates for current or planned position.The goal of sourcing to collect the relevant data about qualified candidates like names , titles and job responsibilities.

There many method that are using in employee profiling. These are the following process need to follow while creating a sourcing plan-

1) Understanding the types of candidates needed.

2) The preference of hiring authorities and recruiters.

3) Past success of using the method.

4) The resources at the disposal of the person utilizing the resources.

5) The personnel available to utilize the strategy.
