In your opinion what impact will this pending restructuring have on Samsung and on the entire system of "Chaebol" so typical of Korean society

Chaebol system has taken the control of almost all major economy driven companies in Korea. for eg Samsung of Korea itelf contributing to 20% of their total country's GDP. thus restructuring is reequired to stop taking advantage by Chaebol groups which will create huge economic disparity and even may leads to stagnation of growth. In addition there will huge lobbying of all economic driven and political poliices. Thus the major impact over the restructuring is that it will help Korea to expand more frm the hands of Chaebol and better leadership focus for the big companies will enhance the economic growth to a great extent, create more job opportunities and can protect the nations culture and promote the products more and more across global through liberalised policies.
