  • Lesser pay for same work - The work place equality is not maintained and due to lower pay, the career prospects are lowered
  • The educational qualification of women are much lower compared to male counter parts making them un-suitable for various white collared jobs
  • Less of facilities for women in terms of security to work in shift, crèche to support working women children etc.
  • Indirect discrimination due to attitudinal problem - Very few women are given opportunity to rise in the hierarchy and control things
