Answer #1

The impact of collaboration is the process of two or more people or organizations working together to accomplish a task or goal. Cooperation is similar to cooperation. Most cooperation requires leadership, although forms of leadership can be social in a group of decentralization and equality. Teams that work together often gain more resources, recognition, and rewards when faced with competition for limited resources.

Structured methods of cooperation promote behavioral and communication control. Such an approach aims to increase team success when they are involved in solving problems together.

The impact of collaboration is present for the opposite purpose, which expresses the concept of competitive cooperation, although this is not a common term.

In practical terms, "cooperation is a purposeful relationship in which all parties choose a cooperative strategy to achieve common results."

Example

Trade is a form of cooperation between two societies that produce different commodity products. This business dates back to prehistoric times and continues because it benefits all participants. People in prehistoric times had goods and services bordered by no modern currency. Peter Watson has a history of long-distance trading going back about 150,000 years. There is trade because different communities have a comparative advantage in producing marketable goods.

Collaboration in local communities, especially in the United States, often involves the entire community working to achieve a common goal in a horizontal structure with flexible leadership. Some children in Native American communities collaborate with adults. Children can participate in the process of achieving goals by taking on tasks that match their skills.

Roots learning techniques include observation and digging training. For example, the study of Mayan fathers and children with indigenous learning methods works more often together when constructing 3D puzzles than with Mayan fathers with Western education. Also, Chillihuani people from the Andes value work and organize work parties with members of each family in the community. Children from the inherited local community want to help around the house voluntarily.

In a community in the Mazahua area of Mexico, school children show initiative and independence by participating in their classes, doing general activities, helping and correcting their teachers when they make mistakes. Students in grades 5 and 6 in the community work with teachers who install windows in the classroom. The installation becomes a class project in which students participate in a joint process with the teacher. They all work together without leadership, and their movements are harmonious and intertwined. This is not a teaching process, but a hands-on experience where students work together as a team, synchronize with teachers, share roles and share tasks. In these communities, cooperation is emphasized and students are trusted to take the initiative. While one clock works at a time, everyone has the right to try out tasks with more experienced ones to come up with more complex parts while others pay attention.
