Criminal justice professionals neither fully based on the deontological models nor they go fully on teleologicals models. It actually depends on the flexibilities of the law and order system that a person related to criminal justice will bound to take decisions on that regard. In the countries of third worlds it often happens that person related to criminal justice fails to take the right decision due to lack of proofs.
