Do you think that continuous education should be a benefit added to the workplace like healthcare? As an employee, would you be willing to take a little less in your salary to receive paid education by your employer? Why or why not?

Work-life balance has long been used to define how an employee should define and dedicate his/her time for his professionals and personal activities. However, as the social environment changes, we must evolve too. For this purpose, a new term "Work-life" blend has been sued.
Work-life blend doesn't need an employee to dedicate a fixed amount of time for professional and personal activities to keep them separate from each other but rather blend them in order to maximize the productivity on any given day. For example, employees can choose to pick up their dry-cleaning while they are on a lunch break or to accommodate a dentist appointment between two meetings to maximize the efficiency of time management.
Managers are the key to implementing a work-life blend among employees. If the management is inflexible regarding mixing personal activities during office hours, the employees may feel guilty of pursuing them and may refrain from striking a blend. Instead, the managers can discuss with their employees how they should strive for bringing a work-life blend that will not only help the employees in trusting the manager but will also increase their productivity on the work performed. Moreover, since they can accomplish most of their work tasks as well as complete personal duties, the employees can spend their free hours being less stressed. This will help in increasing the mental health of the employees and increase their effeceicncy which will help the company.
