1.Well American are more focused towards customers satisfaction as nature they are more friendly and happiest nature people that reflect not their business as a well.where as another country business just stopped after getting cash from the customer.where as American cashier always says" have a nice day " It shows their concern.it is not like you are only center of their universe but they care about you is only message.

2.Countries like Germany ,Canada,Australia,China, care about their employees, they have concern with their employees ,they provide them job security but in American companies their is no job security you can be fired any time with or without any reason .they treat their employees as a servant of their customers according to them customer is only king .he is going to give you business that is the main aim of any organisation.
