Project 1 is our Visiting House Call for Instructions and Project 2 is our Traditional Classes from midnight to 6 am.

The criteria of costs and relationships are same ie 40%. But Project 1 takes more cost than Project 2. But on the other hand, Project 1 also maintains better Relationships than Project 2.

Time is another criteria of 20% importance where the Project 1 is taking more time than Project 2 to be successful.

Thus, considering all options, I would say and prefer Project 2 is safer and less riskier option than Project 1. Project 1 is having higher costs and time than Project 2 and and thus Project 1 is a better option to go.
