1. Why would someone shop on the Internet?

Cunsumer behaviour is very dynamic in nature. Consumer's buying behaviour can change according to various stimuli especially depends on their current desire and the way a marketer approaches them. People shop for many reasons other than his or her need for products or services. In today's world online shopping is much trending than entering general store to shop. Online shopping is a form of electronic shopping where customers directly purchase goods and services from sellers over the internet using a web browser. Online shopping is craze now among all age groups. People sees online shopping as the best way of shopping, because it is very less stressful and save your time along with money.

The main reason behind why people choose online shopping rather then going to store to shop are as follows :

Product variety : There are lot of variety types of products and services are available in online shopping sites. Now there is high competition among online shopping sites to become best site to attract more customers, therefore they upload plenty of different products suitable for all each groups in their sites. You can just browse what you need from it and there will get many results related to it.

Better price : This is the main reason for why people choose online platforms for shopping. There are several options available to compare price from different stores. Inorder to increase their sale among competitors, they provide best deals and people get extra discounts for their purchase and sometimes coupon cards are also provided for selected products in online shopping. Thus people consider online shopping as better opinion to save money.

Convenience : It is very convenient for people especially those who have busy schedules. Generally shopping is an activity which takes long time to purchase something from shops, going to stores, selecting items, if our desired item is not available in that store we will move to other stores like that. In online shopping, all the activity is in one fingure. We can choose products just by scrolling through online shopping sites very easily.

We can avoid wastage of time in crowd and point of sales Queue : In general stores, there may be rush ininside shores especially on special occasions, at that time there will be more crowd in the stores and sometimes there will be long queues at the point of sales. In online shopping, the problem of wasting time in such a crowded situations can be avoided and we can purchase items very slowly and relaxed.

2. Why would someone eat at the same restaurant frequently?

Going to restaurants is to experience a change from regular homely foods. People are always like to experience different foods, which are tasty and healthy. If someone find a shop that provide variety of dishes in reasonable price, they become regular customer for the restaurant. People became regular customer at the same restaurants frequently for many reasons, if ;

● The restaurant offers a wide variety of foods. Tasty foods are always highly demanded and once a person experience better tasty food from a shop, automatically they may prefer the shop to other too and comes to the shop frequently.

● If a customer is visiting their shop frequently, thereby there will be grow a better relationship between the restaurant owner and staffs with the customer and they make offers to regular customers.

●The restaurant may provide better customer service with friendly staffs.

● Some restaurants offers unlimited food with reasonable price, this type of strategy attract many customers and make them regular visitor to the restaurant.

3. Why do you choose one retail or grocery store to shop repeatedly at or buy one brand more than one over others?

Sometimes we choose retail or grocery store to shop, which may be near to our residence. Grocery stores are retail shops primarily sells food, either food or preserved. Large grocery stores sells non-food products such as household items, cleaning items, dairy products, cosmetics, clothes, etc. Grocery stores are a destination for customers to purchase products on both day-to-day and special occupations. Therefore people purchase one brand more than one over others which are necessary for day-to-day use. For example, Biscuits, usually buys more than one packet, because of running out quickly. Sometimes grocery stores offers buy two get one plan also. It will be very budget friendly to the customers. For example, if we buy two biscuits they will give extra one as free of cost.
