FCFS is insufficient as it lacks the severity of the more severe conditions being handled. There's no "due date" from which to construct sequences of lateness or vital ratio. Many students would compose a "priority" guideline that works like triage — assigning each individual a code of urgency, then then taking maximum emergency cases. Student regulations can have more than one part; students, for example, can be categorized by emergency code and priority code care times. We may even build a special code in case of contagion.
