Answer #1

The 3 points for the Point of Difference under the Marketing and Services providing sector are as follows:

1. Desirable: The service of providing the Master in Hospitality and Tourism Management by the Business Institute should be desirable. It should possess the attributes of quality, desirability and uniqueness. Like the person who is enrolling this course should able to understand how valuable is this management course, the features included, and the return the person would get back for all the fees he has invested in. The course should be well suited and desirable as per the person's choice.

2. Deliverable: The course should be well deliverable. All the services, activities and other unique resources and learnin that you have thought of with this course should be well executed and deliverable with the students. The staff for the teaching should be all well qualified, the training should be well suited, the personality development and every other factor which is relevant in hospitality industry should be well deliverable to the students for the fees paid by them.

3. Differentiating: At last, the last point of consideration under the POV analysis is the differentiating aspect. The course that is being offered by the Business Institute should be unique. It shouldn't be like any other course or what value it would possess to make it different. The training should be designed in a different manner, the Institute should be tied up with finest restaurants, other certification and extra courses should be offered, personality development and communication enhancement classes etc should be well offered with the course to make it appealing and different.
