a) Recruitment and decruitment are going to play a major role in the coming days post the pandemic lockdown. Owning to the setback of most businesses across the globe, trim in the workforce is likely to be taken up by most companies to reduce the cost to the company. Alongside a specialized workforce able to work remotely will be hired. So the overall organizational workforce will undergo change and the requirement team will be playing a major role in this.

b) The world has shifted to a new normal, and adapting to this new normal is very essential for business sustainability. The existing workforce needs to be trained and developed as per the new working patterns of the companies and the new hires will undergo rigorous induction to the new work styles. In it's a major activity to prevent any miscommunication in executing tasks in the new normal.

c) Human Resources will now be planned more critically aligned to the changing business needs. Working remotely from home will become a long term process for many companies and hence planning human activities is essential to keep work going while implementing these changes.

d) Organizational policies will undergo a major change and turnaround strategies will dominate the businesses. Hygiene and turnover guidelines will be laid out. The above-discussed points on recruitment, training, and resource planning will be undertaken. Operations will trimmed to be aligned to the changed business needs.
