In the earlier era of industrialization employers coniser employees as reosurces who needs to work for them as slaves. Gradually the socialism concept came into establishment where employees have their own right in terms of wages. Workhigt hours etc. Thus in the current era emoloyers recognise employees as resources and assets who become inevitable for all organization development. The relationship between employers and employees changey over period of time and that has become crucial too. Employees are the face of organization who represents the organization and they are the direct contact to consumers. Thus relationship between enployer and emoloyees become very vital. He collaborative platform is necessary to reduce the ambiguity and creating synergy on relationship.
