3. The role of adaptive behavior in recruitment and selection system is it helps in in productivity of the employees responses to the task, which are unusual or unpredictable.
4. The role of counterproductive behavior in developing a recruitment and selection System is that it helps in having a proper environmental reason for the employees to work and it includes proper training, improving of the employee personality and improving the external factors which enhances the overall performance of the employee.
