Answer #1

Answer:

In order to blend the theory prescribed by the ELCC and the practical situations one need to understand the relationship between the School Climate Relations and the associated ability for the provision of the standardised services in educational institutions.

Schools that are engaged in the provision of education right from the elementary level to the secondary and higher secondary level; are needed to determine what specific roles does the climate of the school plays in the effective delivery of the education and the corresponding learning outcomes. If the climate of the school is such that it motivates the students to attend the school and the lectures of the teachers regularly; then the environment of the school is considered to be supportive for the delivery of the lectures and learning by the students. However, if the climate of the school is such that it demotivates the students, then the school may tend to hamper the learning outcomes. This is also evident from the results of the schools when compared with each other.
