The purpose of the Conceptual Framework (CF) as it relates to is to provide a foundation and organizational system through accomplishment of the primary objective, Leaders who are: 1 – Visionary 2 – Organization 3 - Collaborative 4– Ethical 5 - Systemic 6 - Instructional

Standard 1: Human Capital Management Educational leaders use their role as human capital manager to drive improvements in building leader effectiveness and student achievement.

Standard 2: Instructional Leadership Educational leaders are acutely focused on effective teaching and learning, possess a deep and comprehensive understanding of best instructional practices, and continuously promote activities that contribute to the academic success of all students.

Standard 3: Personal Behavior Educational leaders model personal behavior that sets the tone for all student and adult relationships.

Standard 4: Building Relationships Educational leaders build relationships to ensure that all key stakeholders work effectively with each other to achieve transformative results.

Standard 5: Culture of Achievement Educational leaders develop an encompassing culture of achievement aligned to the institution’s vision of success for every student.

Standard 6: Organizational, Operational, and Resource Management Educational leaders’ leverage organizational, operational, and resource management skills to support improvement and achieve desired educational outcomes.

1- In order to ensure work climate is conducive to safety-

  • An effective leader can check of all the safety and control measures that need to be taken in a particular situation.
  • Effective and timely training given to employee in order to aware about the safety measure need to be taken.
  • An effective counsellor in order to provide advice in matter regarding sexual assault or abuse to women staff.
  • Proper instruction and sign boards should be installed in order to ensure their safety.

2- In order to ensure work climate is conducive crisis management-

  • Through its effectively communication skills.
  • Timely conducting meeting with the staff and employees and taking their feedback.
  • By recognition their effort by providing them with rewards for their effective work.
  • Alternatives solution in order to adopt in any particular situation.

3- In order to ensure work climate is conducive for productivity Improvement-

  • By comparing the productivity with the set target to be achieved in order to avoid the lopeholes if any and thus providing effective measures.
  • By assigning the right job to the right person will help in increasing productivity.
  • Adopting the latest innovative technology in order to provide maximum productivity.

4- In order to ensure work climate is conducive for professional development-

  • By providing the employees and staff with the effective training .
  • By providing recognition and promotion and appreciation for the excellent work.

5- In order to ensure that the work climate is conducive for the overall development-

  • By improving the organizational goodwill and image of the company not just in the eyes of the company but in the eyes of its employees too.
  • Increases the overall productivity by achieving the desired set objectives of the company.
  • Providing extra incentives and bonus to its employees

Answer 3-b) The following process can be utilized to measures the work climate.

  1. Talking to employee- As a direct form of conversation with the employees and other staff working in the internal environment of the business will help in measuring the effectiveness of the working environment or climate of the organization.
  2. Feedback process- By taking timely and regular feeback from the employee regarding the working environment will help a leader to measure the effectiveness of the working climate of the organization, it can be taken through mail or complaint boxes or through letters.
  3. Conducting regular meeting - Meeting should be scheduled regularly in order to provide with the chance to speak confidently about their concerned matter regarding the working environment in which they are working.
  4. Observing attitudes and behaviour of staff- By observing the attitudes, behaviour and nature of its employees and other staff will help you to a greater extent to measure the working climate or environment of the organization.
