Answer #1

Dominos has effectively used the contactless delivery system in place to make safe delivery. In the time of COVID 19 pandemics, the company has taken several measures so that spread can be curtailed. the workers strictly follow the guidelines and company has used its own set of policy to make contactless delivery, the company has also made compulsory to sanitize all its delivery equipment every 2 hours so that no strains of the virus can thrive. through application then have maintained a system where the customer is given contact leads delivery option in which the prepaid customer will order pizza etc and delivery boy will deliver the item putting it in front of the door of the customer and maintain a 2m distance, ensuring that the customer has taken the order. By this Dominos has maintained a superior customer service by safe delivery and maintaining a standard, therefore, winning some confidence of the customer.

The issue which is faced by the company is winning the confidence of the customer as the system will put various questions in the mind of the customer that the safe delivery is possible or not as virus spread is on the rise. so winning the confidence is a challenge the next challenge the company can face is the training of the employees with a set of rules and regulations regarding the contactless policy and making it a habit in the employees is another challenge. monitoring the employes for any illness will be a must for the company.

To win the confidence of the customer company should also start an effective awareness program form the company side so that people can know about their safe delivery program.
