Explanation- An anti- dumping duty is a type of tariff that a country in which we are dumping our goods, charged if the prices of goods that has been imported(which we are dumping) to that country is lower than the prices of goods in that country. If we want to clear our goods for free circulation. Anti dumping duties do not apply to goods which are in free circulation in the union but if these goods are not in free circulation or to make them in free circulation anti dumping taxes needs to be paid.
