llUse the ladder of abstraction to describe the relationships between perception, communication and action in one interpersonal encounter in your life. First, describe the situation as fully as you can-remember, I was not there, so no you will need to provide enough detail that I understand what was happening. Next, describe the behaviors and environmental cue you noticed. Finally, identify the way you labeled what was happening and others who were there. Now consider alternate selective perception you might have made and how they might have influenced your labels and actions. Would you differently if faced with this situation again?
Ans : So basically I was stuck in a situation with my friends due to which we have to travel back to our places in night which is not so safe thing in India ( Yes m from india ). So i got a call from my parents in that while and when I told them that I'll be traveling in night they scolded me , I know that was due to their care , love and concern for me , but the situation totally arose due to one person in our group.
So , in that heat of moment I just got mad at that person , though I was right but how I took my communccommun and action was not right I just had a fight with that person.
But after when I was calmed down I thought about the situation then I realized that if I wasn't mad at that person then the situation would have been a bit better I could have just made hume understand my point just by talking n could have everything sought out.
So this would the difference I could have make in my actions and the way i communicated it.
And this whole above mentioned gives the difference between the perception I had.
So if I'll ever come across the situation again then I'll definitely will consider the saying '' think before you say and act ".
