Reducing 20 positions does not mean that if 20 people have resigned so there is no need to remove and hire people. Any employee has a certain level of thinking level and has a limit to which he/she can contribute to the organization development and hence it is quite necessary to get some fresh minds whose thinking and innovation skills can help the organization grow further. Those 20 employee who left the organization has not helped the organization to grow but the 20 employees who would be hired from outside would infuse fresh thinking into the system and would help the organization gain strength in various processes. Constant upgradation of the employees is necessary and it is just not the number of employees which has to be maintained by the HR department rather it should be taken care of that quality of employees keeps on improving every year.
