The area I have selected for the purpose of this report is marketing. As an important area of the business process, marketing can be considered as one of the most important processes upon which the entire implementation of the business depends. The entire goal of a business process is the end product that it delivers and that product is placed into the market through the process of marketing. Marketing is therefore defined as the process of creating value for the customers in order to create a relationship with them which could result in getting value from them in return.

Marketing involves public relation campaigns, banner and media advertisement and everything from sponsored events to charity events. The main trend, however, has been the use of social media and the reach of the internet. It is important for companies to have a social presence in order to bring out new product to the market.

In the end, marketing can be considered to be one of the most important business processprocesses just as relevant in its use as the other processes are, companies hold therefore changeinclude their strategy and include effective marketing which can allow them to build a better brand value overall and result in larger sales figures.
