Vitamin C is very much important for the growth and repair of tissues in our body and the deficiency of this vitamin can cause diseases like scurvy. People who are vulnerable for Vitamin C deficiency can take Vitamin C supplements. Anyhow the intake of Vitamin C is very essential .
