Step 1
As per the guidelines, first is answered.
Tendon and ligament (T / L) are dense connective tissues that, respectively, bind bone to muscle and bone to bone. T / L comes from the somitic mesoderm, similar to other musculoskeletal tissues, but they are derived from the syndetome, a newly discovered somitic compartment.
Step 2
1. It can take up to 12 weeks to recover. To keep strain off of the healed tendon, the damaged tendon can need to be protected with a splint or cast. In order to regain motion in a healthy way , physical therapy or occupational therapy is usually required. Expect movement, with some stiffness, to gradually return.
