Answer: It should be legal for a person to sell organ. The reason is that, it can saves life of other people. Due to organ shortage, people suffers a lot and die. Healthy people, having no disease or poor health conditions can easily donate or sell their one of the kidney. The people can easily live healthy life with one kidney. It is ethically good that donating one of the kidney can save live of other person. It will reduce many issues, saves much lives and can easily make people aware about the organ donation as well as organ selling. Kidney can be donated as a person can live on one kidney too. This will reduce the Scarcity of the need. It will enable other person to get proper live and chance to live.
