Captopril 25 mg :
Captopril is angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor which inhibits the formation of angiotensin which is vasoconstrictor and hence it helps in dilation of blood vessels thus a drug of choice after myocardial infarction because it increases renal perfusion preventing renal failure.
Lavix 75 mg :
Lavix is an antiplatelet agent which prevents the formation of clot thus preventing the risk of stroke after myocardial infraction.
Bepridol :
Bepridol is calcium channel blocker which reduces the blood pressure. It is also used to treat unstable angina.
Pantoprazole :
It is proton pump inhibitor which decreases the production of hydrochloric acid thus a treatment of choice in myocardial infraction which is associated with burning sensation in the chest and abdomen.
