The patient's family states that he was helping his father clean the garage up for the holiday party. The child starts to have shortness of breath, and constant, strong coughing episodes with no sputum production. You auscultate the lung fields to find bilateral expiratory wheezing.
What would be your recommendation to the ER physician for this patient?

My recommendation to an ER physicians is that after helping his father for cleaning up child developed this trouble of respiratory distress like shortness of breath, constant coughing. Please do an emergency treatment
According to me patients main problem is allergy to dust practicals which causes respiratory distress. Because history shows all complain start after cleaning up garage.
According to me the diagnosis may be allergic asthma.
Because the strong symptoms of asthma patient shows. Like Shortness of breath, constant strong coughing, no sputum, complain starts after exposure to dust particals.
