chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and is underweight and
malnourished. At one of her first homecare visits, her provider
gives her an educational pamphlet on breathing exercises that
includes text and pictures. The provider also emphasizes the
importance of eating more and gives her another pamphlet on
nutrition. Mary barely glances over the pamphlets and puts them

Answer: The provider should not simply give the pamphlet to read it. Most of the patients do not refer to read any health pamphlet or booklet by themself. The health provider should give a proper guideline and summary regarding what is their in the pamphlet. Explain the importance of reading the pamphlet. This will help to improve the patient's referring to the health pamphlet.

Answer: Everyone in distress shows difference symptoms. The symptoms are base on the causes of the stress to the person. It is be due to the loss of love one or workload stress they will show different kind of stress. Loss of love one person will show their stress by isolation and workload stress shows by showing anger and irratation behaviour. So it is not truth that every person having distress shows the same sort of symptoms.
