4.what should do now :- Atfirst we started antibiotics therapy by intravenous or orally for the baby. If bone infection is severe then we need surgical procedure for draining the pus or infected fluid ,debridement or surrounding infected tissues of the bone are removed,restoring blood flow to the bone & then stabilizing the bone.
