The value of a master's degree in nursing include; better chances of specialization as only with an MSN degree we can have true we may be interested in such as; mental health care, pediatric care, oncology etc. MSN degree holders have a greater number of career choices. The salary for someone who holds an MSN degree is also far greater than for someone with a BSN degree. Chances for career advancement and higher education such as getting a Doctorate Degree.
