The mental illness is now becoming a serious and notable issue in the society , and there is no age limit to the mental illness, so most people mental illness get isolated and disempowered this will still detoriate the conditions of the mental illness of the patient , The consumer and carer persectives : it involves consumers, families, and carer will actively participate in all aspects of activity including the policy, development, implementation, service planning, delivery and research so that care is oriented to the specific needs of individual like, executive support, advisory mecahnism, budgetary commitment, committe representation , paid roles within the service, .
