Answer - Maintain safety is always first priority.

- Remove harmful object near patient and donot leave him alone.

- Provide non judgemental caring attitude.

- Provide one to one supervision at all time for client.

- Encourage them to share their feelings and try to develop positive attitude towards him.

- Encourage to actively participate in own care.

- Make a contract that is written in form, dated, signed, that indicate behaviour at a time of suicidal thought.

-Administer antisucidal drugs as prescribed.

- Encourage social support group for help.
