Patient Advocate: Take a collective decision which helps other health care professionals also in managing patient care.Maintain Open communication as well as good rapport with each staff so that task are taken at hand.Encourage common procedures to be maintained so that there is a standard policy for improvement of health.

Provide patient care and comfort: Ensure that the patient is always comfortable whenever he/she is under her supervision. She also monitors the physical as well as mentall health of the patient.
