Answer #1

A women's health is her total well being, not determined solely by biological factors and reproduction but also by effects of work load, nutrition and stress.women also need heath care more and access the health care system more than do men.while part of this is due to their reproductive and sexual health needs, they also have more chronic non- reproductive health issues such as cancer, mental illness, diabetes, osteoporosis etc.

For maintaining womens health we should give mass education.it should includes healrhy diet, exercise, maintain the weight, manage stress, avoid risky habits, check for breast care.

The health conditions that are specific to women such as reproductive health is main area of focus.it is important to maintain a good reproductive health.because it may lead to other body system dysfunctions.
