Women with cardiac disease can have a healthy pregnancy.With high risk cases like women with PAH  prenancy is not recommended.In moderate to high risk of pregnancies,both Intra and post partum  management should be reviewed and followed up by cardiologist,gynaecologist and anaesthetist.Mode of delivery in planned and unplanned circumstances should be explained to the patient and there should be a delivery plan for that purticular cases.contraception advises to be given to avoid unplanned pregncies in future .
