Joe is lactose intolerant. How can he still obtain adequate calcium in his diet? Give specific examples to answer the question.

Lillie is a strict vegan. How can she still obtain adequate calcium in her diet? Give specific examples to answer the question.

If Joe is an athlete and lactose intolerant then he can still obtain adequate calcium from many food like canned salmon with bones, sardines, calcium-set tofu and calcium fortified milk substitute.

For Lillie as she's a vegan then good sources would be calcium fortified soy milk, calcium set tofu, bok choy, soya beans and soynuts are adequate sources of calcium.

I don't think so that both athlete require supplements because if they eat above mentioned diet in adequate amount they can get enough calcium in their diet.
