Nurse(near supervisor):- sister,that patient is now feeling better and he can take food orally ,can we provide orally?

Supervisor:- Yes, if patient is okay and he can take orally and he is willing to take oral ,you can provide food orally,and you inform to consultant once and start oral .

Nurse:-

Okay sister ,I will inform consultant and I will start oral food to him.

After informing consultant if the consultant says ok ,she says to the patient.

Nurse says to patient okay now you can take food orally .
