Customers in healthcare will have variety of problems related with payment plans, confusions on statements and policies and have poor coping with their billing modes. Hence making a variety of options for the customers made them comfortable and reduce their stress by choosing their own choice of payment options such as allowing payments via credit cards, debit cards, patient portals, monthly billing options, mobile devices, cards on file etc. These all helps in improving the revenue of health care.
