The claim for expenditure can be processed if it is an emergency allergic reaction. There are chronic management for allergy and acute allergic management.

Chronic management include administration of steroids and antihistamine medications. Even though acute management also includes steroids it should be administered immediately along with adrenaline. Sometime patient needs oxygen therapy and ventilatory support. In such scenario claim can be procesed.

In chronic allergy claim is not possible. But question is not clear how the patient is managed, what medication given, hospital admission etc..
