Answer #1

ANSWER.

A)

Coughing, sneezing, runny nose and fever indicates the common cold.

This are also common symptoms in Swine flue, Upper respiratory infection, Sinusitis, etc.

So he can't take medications for all this with expectation. He have the risks of all this. So he have to make a health checkup.

* If it is common cold also that may spread to the parents.

* If it is Swine flu, sinusitis or upper respiratory infection, etc, that is harmful for Ralph and parents also because that can spread from a person to person.
So the behaviour of the person here is like ignoring his illness and working for his company will really disappoint his parents because health must be at the first priority for anyone in the universe because if health is good that is the biggest wealth what we gain so here his behaviour worries his parents a lot. Its better to get treated then go for work.

B)

* Not having enough time( For taking safety precautions to prevent infections, etc, they may not have sufficient time).

* Customer or patient feelings( For sanitization after touching others, some may feel they are not much bad but they don't understand that is for self protection).

* Wearing mask when we are talking with patient and family members also some may feel bad.
