The doctors can make the decision of making the Operation without consent of a patient or family. They can do it if there is a proper reasons.

B) In Holistic approach model, the nurse should not treat the patient for injury or wounds. The patient should be treated on basic understanding of their feelings that may be physically, psychologically, emotionally, spiritual dimensions, etc. Holistic approach model for this patient should be :-

The patient should be operated after taking the opinion and knowing his feelings beacuse this hostolic approach means treating knowing his emotions and feelings. The hostolic approach care is operating by taking the patient consent.
