Answer #1

Answer: The local, state as well as the federal government works together to enhance the quality of living and health of the people. The federal government works to control the healthcare costs as a whole whereas, the state government provides support and healthcare facilities to the people. The local government provides the organized system and they provide healthy life by utilizing the power and responsibilities. The local government looks after the health related activities such as health monitoring, sanitation, traditional public health as well as the disease control. The local government also includes the delivery of the healthcare services, mental health services, safe environment etc.

I'm not sure I understand this question, but maybe it means to talk about technology currently used to promote community health, and some challenges or short-comings of that technology. The only technology that I can think of is the use of ipads for documenting in the community. I need two others and how they may present challenges.
