He and his partner see 50 patients a day in the practice, many of whom receive on-site diagnostic procedures. • Converting and entering the patient data in the Electronic Health Record ,so that the information can be easily seen by the healthcare professionals from the system without asking the patient for information each time
• Apart from this also maintaining a hard copy or paper file of the patient status and passing it to the concerned department where patient goes for diagnostic purposes by twh allied health professionals. This helps to reduce the information to be collected from patient each time

This can be implemented by providing information on the the vendors and the suppliers in the market. They can install the software and provide services in order to exchange data easily from one end to other.
