Four Maxim's

1. Live in the now or present- live in today, make plans for future but don't treat the present as a means to an end, as MATTHEW said ' don't worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring it's own worries, today's trouble is enough for today'.

2. Life is about making choices- make the best use of your time and willpower as these are valuable resource, and use them to make decisions of your life , choose the right direction.

3. If it frightens you, do it - if you want something that's not easy to get or you want growth then you have to push yourself and come out of your comfort zone but do no push yourself to do things that put life in danger.

4. The more something upsets you, the more it is meant for you-.   just accept the things as they are and be indifferent to the things that upsets you

5. Give what you seek.- try to be generous to everyone.if your intentions are in right place, then you can never lose out.
