Homework Answers

Answer #1

Answer: The quality assessment of the primary care clinic is important. There is a planned evaluation procedure for achieving continuous improvement in medical health systems. The evaluation is done on the structure of the health care unit, the process involved in the caring, and health outcomes. The patient-physician interaction is evaluated in the form of, (1) how they note the patients’ medical history? (2) How they identify the current health status of the patients? (3) Does the mental health of the patient is evaluated with the physical evaluations? (4) What are physical examinations they carry out for the diagnosis? (5) What are the further evaluations and treatments suggested? (6) What are the follow-up services offered to the patients? The evaluation of communication skills and behaviour towards the patients are the most important parameters.
