Phenomenological community points out relational rather than spatial and can be related to the mindsets, practices,interests,goals or values of the people. The phenomenological community is entirely different from geographical boundaries. It highlights the feelings of people socially, religiously,professionally or academically. Most of the people lives in geopolitical community but belongs to other phenomenological communities. For example, if i born in America and have to stay in cannada for my work.

A nurse has to face lots of challenges while working in the community. They may have difficulties in language barrier. So nurses should be explored to the community to attain knowledge and linguistic skills from people.They may experience challege to adapt to the practices and beliefs of people. But they have to identify the community in which they provide services. Sometimes they may face difficulties to get along with people of different community. For example, people may not listen to the instructions or informations given by the nurses. Community health nurse should be careful in assessing the needs of people. It can be varied from one community to other or of same community
