Healthy aging does not mean just getting old with out any diseses, it includes physical and mental well being as well as enable older people to actively participate in the society. Functional ability is the ability to be self ,and to perform within their limit to satisfy their mind and body. It include to think , speak, see, hear and remember according to their caapcity and to perform what they value in their life such as spending time with their friends or family or neighbours, be active in the society and to have attitudes toward life.
