Getting old is natural, but getting healthy aging process is more important. Aging is a biological process results from a vast molecular and cellular changes in the human body. The WHO (2015) states: "Healthy ageing is a process of developing and maintain the functional ability that enables wellbeing in older age. Functional ability is about having the capabilities that enable all people to be and do what they have reason to value." It means every individual around the globe has the right to live healthy and happy. Healthy aging does not mean just getting old with out any diseses, it includes physical and mental well being as well as enable older people to actively participate in the society. Functional ability is the ability to be self ,and to perform within their limit to satisfy their mind and body. It include to think , speak, see, hear and remember according to their caapcity and to perform what they value in their life such as spending time with their friends or family or neighbours, be active in the society and to have attitudes toward life. Simply, this includes meet their basic needs, build and maintain relationships and to contribute to society as they can.
