Ques a. Why is it necessary for students to express such concerns after a class?

Answer: We all have been students one day. So, to comment on students is to comment on ourselves. Now, for answering this question, I will do favor for students. To show their necessary concern after the class, it depends on two factors, one is teacher itself and the subject. If the teacher is good in delivering lectures, there shall be less negative or no negative feedback. If the lecture is boring, then things change accordingly. Second factor is, subject itself. Now, if we talk about Mathematics, then nobody can do nothing about comments. It seems to be natural to give such feedback(given) after the class is finished.

(Note: Your teacher might not like this answer.so, refer to below answer.)

Doing favor for teachers, some students are careless, they don’t want to study in any case. Nobody can do nothing in this case. Neither subject nor lecture matters for them. They just come to school for time pass and passing such comments.
