If the consultant not available during the situation accessing a psychiatrist via telemedicine.

b) Dedicated Mental Health Wing of Medical Emergency Department - In this model the separate psychiatric emergency department with qualified team will take care the patint during emergency.

c) Psychiatric Emergency Services (PES) - It is a distinct operation that is solely dedicated to managing and treating psychiatric emergencies, which can accept patients directly from the field, or via police, ambulance, or selfpresentation
