5. Suppose a sheep has been tied to a small shed that sits in the middle of a large grassy field. Further suppose that the rope used to connect the sheep to the shed is exactly 6 meters long (after tying all knots involved in securing it). You can also assume that the sheep has access to adequate water and that the rope is attached to an extremely comfortable collar that is impossible for the sheep to remove.

Please explain the process!

a) If the sheep has been tied to the outside corner of a 10 meter by 10 meter shed, what is the total area of grass that the sheep is able to graze?

b) If the sheep has been tied to the outside corner of a 4 meter by 5 meter shed, what is the total area of grass that the sheep is able to graze?

c) If the sheep has been tied to the outside of a circular silo with a radius 5 meters, what is the total area of grass that the sheep is able to graze?
